Shipping Policy

How we produce, pack, and ship your order

Orders are produced after proof approval and shipped worldwide. This policy explains our turnaround, carriers, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

01Production Time

Standard production starts after you approve the proof and any payment terms are met. Typical production time is 7–10 business days, depending on patch type, quantity, and current queue. We will confirm an estimate with your proof.

02Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted international couriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and local carriers where available. The exact carrier and service are chosen based on destination, weight, and urgency.

03Rush Orders

Need it faster? Let us know at quote time — we can often accelerate production and use expedited shipping for an added fee.

04Tracking

Once your parcel ships, we email a tracking number (where the carrier provides one). You can also find tracking details inside your order page.

05Delivery Times

Typical transit times:
- Domestic: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, and carrier delays can extend delivery.

06Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country's rules. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

07Shipping Address

Please double-check the shipping address on your proof. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an address is wrong and the parcel is returned, re-shipping fees apply.

08Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost based on the tracking, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation and work with you to resolve it — typically by remaking and reshipping at our cost once the carrier confirms the loss.

09Damaged on Arrival

Photograph visible damage before opening where possible, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See the Refund Policy for remake and refund details.

10Environmental Packaging

We aim to use right-sized, mostly recyclable packaging to reduce waste. Small custom items may use protective mailers rather than large boxes.
