01Ordering & Quotes
Pricing, product options, and timelines shown on the site are estimates until we confirm your order. After you submit a quote or order, we typically send a free digital proof before production begins.
Production does not start until you approve the proof (and payment terms are met, where applicable).
02Artwork & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos, or text you submit. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce your order.
We may decline work that appears to infringe third-party rights.
03Proofs & Approvals
Every custom order includes a free digital proof for approval. Once you approve the proof, the design is locked for production. Changes after approval may incur additional fees or timeline adjustments.
04Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not released to production until payment terms are met. For quoted work, payment may be collected after proof approval.
05Turnaround & Shipping
Estimated turnaround times exclude weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time. We are not liable for shipping carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for more detail.
06Refunds & Returns
Because patches are custom manufactured to your specifications, orders cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer's remorse. If there is a manufacturing defect or the finished product does not match your approved proof, please contact us — our Refund Policy explains the process in detail.
07Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or services to:
- Submit artwork you do not have the right to use.
- Request work that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
We may refuse service at our discretion.
08Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which The American Patches is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
