Because every order is custom-made to your approved proof, standard "change of mind" returns do not apply. This policy explains when we will refund, remake, or credit an order.
01Our Quality Promise
We stand behind our work. If your finished order has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or does not match the approved proof in a material way, we will make it right — typically by remaking the affected items at no additional cost.
02Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem (including packaging, if damage is suspected).
We will review the details and respond with next steps.
03Remakes
In most cases, a remake is the fastest and most complete resolution. We will reprint or re-stitch the defective items to the approved proof and reship at our cost.
04Refunds
A refund (partial or full) may be issued when a remake is not practical — for example, if you no longer need the items by the original deadline. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
05Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit against a future order instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire.
06Proof-Approved Work
Once you approve a proof, the design is locked. If the finished order matches the approved proof, we generally cannot refund it for design reasons. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, colours, sizes, and placement.
07Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening where possible and contact us quickly. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
08Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled with a full refund before production begins (i.e. before proof approval or batch start). After production has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee.
09Unauthorised Chargebacks
Please contact us first if something is wrong — we are quick to resolve genuine issues. Raising a chargeback without giving us a chance to help may result in account suspension and recovery of dispute fees.
10Timing
Most remakes and refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval. Refund times in your bank or card statement depend on your payment provider.
