How do you calculate average inches?+
For digitizing we use (width + height) / 2 as the average size in inches. That determines the size tier.
Which formats do you deliver?+
DST is standard, and we can also deliver PES/EMB/EXP/JEF/VP3 (etc.) on request.
Best practice for hat front / left chest / jacket back?+
Tell us the placement (e.g., cap front). We adjust stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation for the fabric and placement.
What if I don’t have a vector file?+
No problem — upload a PNG/JPG screenshot. The clearer the reference, the better. We can clean it up if needed.
Do you offer urgent turnaround?+
Yes — choose Urgent for a rush fee and priority processing.
Are revisions possible?+
Yes — basic adjustments are included. If a complex redraw is required, we’ll confirm before proceeding.
