What’s the difference between digitizing and vector conversion?+
Digitizing creates an embroidery stitch file (DST, etc.) for machines. Vector conversion redraws your artwork into clean, scalable formats like AI/EPS/SVG/PDF.
How is pricing calculated?+
Digitizing is estimated by size tier and turnaround. Vector conversion is estimated by color/complexity tier and turnaround. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing the artwork.
Which file formats can I upload?+
AI/EPS/PDF/SVG are ideal, but PNG/JPG screenshots work too. If your file is low-resolution, upload it as a reference and we’ll clean it up.
Are revisions included?+
Yes — basic cleanup/adjustments are included. If major rework is needed, our team will let you know before proceeding.
How do I place an order?+
