How we started
The American Patches (theamericanpatches.com) is a custom patch manufacturer with US and Canada front offices and overseas production, founded in 2024 and backed by 15+ years of patch-making experience. We make custom embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille, leather, printed, silicone, and flex patches, plus challenge coins and enamel pins. Every order begins with a free digital proof for approval before production, a proof-first process trusted by uniforms, teams, clubs, brands, and businesses.
The American Patches began with a simple belief, that the patches, pins, and coins you send into the world should look as good as the people and brands they represent. since our 2024 launch we've worked with teams, clubs, charities, and creators to turn ideas into polished, proof-approved products.
Today our small production team still reviews every proof by hand. We'd rather spend an extra hour getting a colour or stitch right than ship something we wouldn't wear ourselves.
